Abstract

A transplanting device for inserting plants into agricultural land comprises a self-propelled carriage (2) configured to be connected to a tractor-drawn agricultural machine, at least one hopper (16) for a plurality of plants mounted on the self-propelled carriage (2), at least one workstation (12) for an operator mounted on the self-propelled carriage (2), and for each workstation (12), a respective insertion unit (14) for inserting the plants into the agricultural land; the insertion unit (14) having a rotating drum (25) provided with at least one insertion cone (30) configured to be engaged by a pusher (34), the orientation of which relative to the insertion cone (30) is selectively controlled by a slewing device (40).
