Floating structure comprising a system for treating gases laden with carbon dioxide emitted by a fuel cell. The invention relates to a floating structure comprising a tank of a gas in a liquid state, a first gas supply circuit (30) drawn from the tank extending to a gas distribution point (40) to at least one gas-consuming appliance, a main supply line (31) connecting the at least one gas-consuming appliance to the distribution point, a fuel cell (50) emitting gases laden with CO2, a gas treatment system (60) for the gases emitted by the fuel cell comprising a CO2 condensation device (61), and a heat exchanger (70) operating a heat exchange between the CO2-laden gases circulating in the condensation device and the gas circulating in the first supply circuit.
