Abstract

A cryogenic fuel circuit (1) comprising an electric pressurization unit (3), a metering unit (5), a measuring sensor (11) of a control parameter (U, I) of the electric pressurization unit (3) and a leak detection device (10) configured to determine an actual power (Pe) of the electric pressurization unit (3) from a measurement of the control parameter (U, I), the leak detection device (10) being configured to determine a relative deviation between the actual power (Pe) and a nominal power (PWélec) of the electric pressurization unit (3) as a function of the pressure (P) and the flow rate (Q) of the cryogenic fuel (H), and if the relative deviation is greater than a predetermined threshold (S), to issue an alert (A) of the presence of a leak (F) of cryogenic fuel (H) between the electric pressurization unit (3) and the metering unit (5).
