Thermal control system for satellite with structural panel forming a thermally insulating layer, satellite and corresponding method. Thermal control system (18) for satellite, comprising: - a structural panel (20), having an outer skin (22) for radiating heat (F1) into space (24), and an inner skin (26), - an evaporator device (28) fixed to the inner skin and intended to be in contact with a dissipative device (16) for evaporating a refrigerant fluid (42) and producing a fluid that is at least partially evaporated (44), - a compression device (30) for compressing the fluid that is at least partially evaporated (44), - a condenser device (32) located inside the panel and in contact with the outer skin, for condensing the compressed fluid (68),- a pressure-reducing device (34) for expanding the at least partially condensed fluid (70) and producing an expanded fluid (78) intended to be received in the evaporator device, the panel comprising a thermally insulating layer (36) interposed between the evaporator device and the condenser device.
