Abstract

The invention relates to a method for deanodizing a part (1), the part (1) comprising a base (10) of aluminum or aluminum alloy and an anodizing layer (12) based on oxyhydroxides that covers at least a portion of the base (10) and is intended to be removed by the method, the method comprising the following steps: (a) preparation of a deanodizing solution (2) comprising sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and nitric acid (HNO3), (b) immersion of the part (1), or a portion thereof, in the deanodizing solution (2) maintained at a temperature of 25°C or lower, and (c) withdrawal of the part (1) after a predetermined immersion time.
