Abstract

A bridge girder comprising: two modules joined end-to-end so as to align the module openings longitudinally; prestressing bars, each passing through two aligned module openings; and prestressing bar fastening systems, each comprising: at least one bearing wedge having a central opening and having: a first end and a second opposite end of outwardly concave hemispherical shape centered around the prestressing bar; and at least one cup having: a central opening through which the prestressing bar passes and an outwardly convex hemispherical outer surface centered on the central opening and configured to conform to the hemispherical shape of the second end and to be angularly movable relative thereto, this movement being limited by the prestressing bar passing through the bearing wedge and the cup.
