Abstract

Composite material housing for geared aircraft turbomachine. Housing (10) made of composite material for geared turbine aircraft turbomachine, the housing (10) having a shape of revolution about a central axis (A), the housing (10) extending along an axial direction (DA) between first (14) and second (15) ends and along a radial direction (DR) between an inner face (11) and an outer face (12), said housing comprising at least one retention zone (30) present between an upstream portion (20) and a downstream portion (40) of the housing (10).Said at least one retention zone (30) forms a step having, along the radial direction (DR): - a first internal radius (R31) smaller than the second (R21) and third (R41) internal radii of the upstream (20) and downstream (40) portions respectively of the housing (10), the first (R31), second (R21) and third (R41) internal radii being measured between the central axis (A) and the inner face (11) of the housing (10), and - a first external radius (R32) smaller than the second (R22) and third (R42) external radii of the upstream (20) and downstream (40) portions respectively of the housing (10), the first (R32), second (R22) and third (R42) external radii being measured between the central axis (A) and the outer face (12) of the housing (10).
