Abstract

Electrical control method in a propulsion chain comprising determining a first quantity Ec representative of the heating of the electrical cable, determining a second quantity Ee representative of the heating of a load of the propulsion chain supplied by said electrical cable, comparing each of the first and second quantities to at least one predefined threshold energy template, generating an instruction for at least one switching element configured to interrupt the voltage supply to the cable and the load when the comparison indicates that at least one of the first and second quantities is greater than said at least one template.
