Abstract

An axial magnetic flux electric machine (10) composed of several sub-assemblies: a single central stator (100), a rotor (200) comprising a shaft (210) with a power output spline (210c) and carrying two disks (220a, 220b) arranged on either side of the stator, and an electromechanical mechanism (300) comprising a single motor (310), two gear drives (312, 320a, 330a) and (312, 320b, 330b), each linked by a bearing (340) to one of the rotor disks (220a, 220b) and driving them axially in opposite directions but by the same amount, in other words, providing the variability of the air gaps E between the rotor disks (220a, 220b) and the stator (100).
