Flip-top cup

Abstract

Flip-Top Cup. The present invention relates to the technical field of shaker cups, travel cups, and sports water cups, and refers in particular to a flip-top water cup comprising a cup body and a threaded lid, the top of which is provided with a lifting ring and a spout. The inner side of the lifting ring pivots on the flip-top lid, and the lower side of the outer end of the flip-top lid is equipped with a locking head, the base of which is equipped with a latch and an elastic element; the front end of the locking head is equipped with a wedge-shaped locking tab, and the inner wall of the spout is provided with a locking hole to achieve the locking mechanism.The front end of the closing head is equipped with a rocker switch that can be used for left- and right-handed operation. Both the rocker switch and the front end of the closing head have staggered teeth. These teeth align with the locking mechanism, and the staggered engagement occurs during unlocking. Pressing both the closing head and the rocker switch is required to unlock the linkage. The double-locking mechanism effectively prevents accidental opening, while the locking head and spout feature a stepped sealing structure with a double sealing ring to enhance the reliability and ease of sealing.
