ADJUSTABLE DENTAL IMPLANT SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED SYNTHETIC BONE SUBSTITUTE

Abstract

Adjustable dental implant system comprising an implant body made of biocompatible material including titanium alloys, an elongated threaded post, an adjustable threaded hexagonal abutment allowing real-time intraoral height adjustments, and a dual-groove angulation correction system for multidirectional corrections. The system incorporates a pre-attached cylindrical bone substitute made of bioresorbable material, eliminating the need for separate bone grafting. A locking mechanism secures the components in position. Specialized instruments allow for precise placement and adjustments. The system is designed for minimally invasive implantation with adaptation to anatomical variations and compensation for bone resorption. See [Fig. 1]
