Abstract

The invention relates to an adjustable insert (10) for a tibial trial implant, comprising two upper (300) and lower (200) plates and a height adjustment mechanism (400) including drive means (410) and actuating means (420, 430) for moving said drive means between closed and open positions. According to the invention, the actuating means comprise an operating screw (420) endlessly rotating about an axis of rotation (X) parallel to the mean planes of said plates, and a linkage element (430) movable in translation by the operating screw and having inclined faces sliding on inclined faces of said drive means so that the movement of said linkage element causes the movement of said drive means between said closed and open positions.
