Abstract

The invention relates to a laser welding process of at least one first part (11) with a second part (12) of metal, the welding process comprising a step of approaching a first edge (110) of the first part (11) and a second edge (120) of the second part (12) so as to obtain an interface zone (Zi) extending between the first and second parts (11, 12), a first irradiation step consisting of irradiating the first part (11) with a laser beam (B) in a working zone (Zw) following a first trajectory (T1) along the first edge (110) of the first part (11) and at a distance (e) from said first edge (110) to form a first bead (31) of material extending in the interface zone (Zi);and a second irradiation step, consisting of irradiating the interface zone (Zi) with a laser beam (B) following a second trajectory (T2) along the first bead (31) to form a second bonding bead (32) forming a welded joint between the first and second parts (11, 12).
