Tricycle with movable rear wheels

Abstract

The invention relates to a tricycle (1) that is easy to control when skidding. The tricycle comprises a chassis (10) equipped with a seat (20) and a front steering wheel (30) attached to a steering fork (40) equipped with a handlebar (41). It also includes two rear wheels (50), each having a rotating shaft (51) and a pivot (52) having a pivot axis connected to the chassis (10). Each rear wheel (50) includes a tread (53) mounted around a rim (54) equipped with the rotating shaft (51), a housing (55) fixed on either side of the tread (53) to the rotating shaft (51) of the wheel (50), the housing (55) including a means for attaching the pivot (52) to it. Each rear wheel (50) further includes a friction brake (57) connected to a brake control means (60) actuated by a user. Figure for the abbreviation: Fig. 2
