Abstract

A method and apparatus for manufacturing a porous three-dimensional ceramic part, comprising: – an additive manufacturing step (E1) of an intermediate three-dimensional part (30) by embedding a suspended injection material within a granular constrained medium (3); the injection material comprising: a powdered ceramic and a binder having a maximum viscosity of 10,000 Pa·s; – a debinding step (E2) of the intermediate three-dimensional part (30) in which the binder of the injection material is at least partially removed from the intermediate three-dimensional part (30); – a sintering step (E3) in which the intermediate three-dimensional part (30) is brought to a sintering temperature.
