Abstract

Turbomachine with electrified reduction gearbox and associated braking and acceleration methods. The invention relates to a method for accelerating a turbomachine, the turbomachine comprising: - a low-pressure shaft (100) mechanically linked to a low-pressure rotor and magnets (110), - a drive shaft (200) mechanically linked to a drive rotor and first electric coils (210), - a stator (300) comprising second electric coils (310), - a de-icing unit (500) comprising at least one of the first electric coils (210) mounted on the drive shaft (200), and - an epicyclic speed reduction gearbox (600) mechanically connected between the stator and the drive rotor on the one hand, and between the stator (300) and the low-pressure rotor on the other hand.The acceleration process includes an injection step (E2) of electrical power onto the magnets (110) coupled to the low-pressure rotor by the second electrical coils (310) of the stator (300).
