Abstract

The invention relates to a sealing gasket (2), particularly for equipment such as binoculars, the sealing gasket (2) having a general closed-loop shape and being intended to be housed in a groove, the sealing gasket (2) being a single piece and comprising in cross-section: - a first flat lateral face (4), - a second lateral face (5), opposite the first lateral face (4), which includes a lateral boss (6), the first face (4) defining, together with a vertex (S) of the lateral boss (6), a maximum width (L) of the sealing gasket (2), - an upper end (7) which includes an upper boss (9), - a lower end (8), opposite the upper end (7), which includes a lower boss (10), the vertices (T, U) of the upper and lower bosses defining between them a maximum height (H) of the sealing gasket (2), said maximum height being greater than said maximum width.
