Abstract

Thermostatic valve with internal pipes via a subdivided plastic insert. The invention relates to a thermostatic valve (10) comprising a metal body (11) with a coupling fitting (21) at each of the inlets of the hydraulic pipes (20) supplying the thermostatic valve; a plastic insert (30) constitutes at least one first internal hydraulic pipe between the hot water inlet (20) and the mixing cartridge (13), located at one end of the metal body (11) of the thermostatic valve (10), as well as a second pipe between this mixing cartridge (13) and a flow control device (14). The plastic insert (30) comprises at least two independent sub-parts (30.1, 30.2, 30.3) assembled to each other in a watertight manner, these two sub-parts forming at least the first, second, and third hydraulic pipes inside the metal body (11) of the thermostatic valve.Figure for the abbreviation: Figure 1.
