Abstract

Method for assisting in the diagnosis of an aeronautical system (20) comprising a set of equipment, by automatic processing of a document (x) describing a failure of the aeronautical system, comprising providing the document to a predictive model (11) adapted to provide a classification vector whose each component associates a score with a class and providing this vector to a conforming prediction module (12) adapted to determine a set of class combinations characterizing the failure and to implement steps of generating candidate combinations and selecting combinations that meet a comparison criterion, in which the step of generating combinations includes constructing a tree whose nodes correspond to the candidate combinations, comparing a lower bound of the non-conformity score for a node to the quantile, and generating the descendants of the node only if this lower bound is less than or equal to the quantile.Figure for the abbreviation: Figure 1.
