Abstract

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PREDICTING AN AGING EFFECT BASED ON FACIAL DYNAMICS The disclosure relates to a method for predicting an aging effect based on facial dynamics, the method comprising: acquiring a set of facial images of a user, the facial image set comprising a neutral image showing no expression and one or more expressive images, each expressive image showing a specific expression; generating a facial mesh based on a detected user face in the facial image set, the facial mesh comprising a set of landmarks indicating one or more key features of the user's face; selecting one or more subregions of the facial mesh; determining a facial dynamic parameter for each subregion, the facial dynamic parameter for each subregion indicating a dynamic change in the subregion;and the prediction of a user aging effect based on the dynamic facial parameters of one or more subregions.
