Method for on demand job recruitment

Abstract

A non-transitory computer readable medium whose contents, when executed by a computer system, performs a method comprising receiving a request from a recruiter for publication of a vacant position, identifying multiple candidates via an automated rules engine and presenting suitable applicants to a recruiter for validation. A further method comprises receiving an identifier associated with a recruiter and authorising a recruiter access to the recruitment process; a third method receives an identifier and authorises a job applicant. The recruiter signs up for an account and creates a vacant position. The recruiter includes details of the vacant position and the method of selection / interview. Applicants can create a profile on the platform. Once the matching process has found suitable matches, it can automatically arrange for terms of employment to be generated for signature, utilising e-signature technology.
