Abstract
A display apparatus comprises a device substrate 100 including emission / non-emission areas EA / NEA, with a light-emitting device 300 on the emission area EA. A first barrier pattern 510 is on the light-emitting device 300 and overlaps the non-emission area NEA. An optical insulating layer 600 is on the light-emitting device 300 and the first barrier pattern 510, and overlaps the emission area EA and non-emission area NEA. A second barrier pattern 520 is on the optical insulating layer 600, and overlaps the first barrier pattern 510. A pixel lens 700 is on the optical insulting layer 600, and has a first lens region overlapping the emission area EA. The emission area and the first lens regions may have a bar shape. The second barrier pattern 520 may include a conductive material. Viewing angle restriction and overall luminance are improved.
