The combined reagent comprises the following raw materials: potassium succinate, polyacrylamide, polyaluminium chloride, rice straw powder and polyaspartic acid. The combined reagent is added into tailing wastewater, the pH value of the tailing wastewater after the combined reagent is added is controlled, and after treatment, the water quality of the tailing wastewater in a wastewater settling area becomes clear.
