Abstract

An apparatus comprises means for: causing recording (capturing) of a first scene (40, Figure 4) over a first time period (41, Figure 4) using a limited field of view, FOV, 19 as a first video (47, Figure 4); causing recording of the first scene using an expanded field of view 21 at least at a one terminal (end) portion (43, Figure 4) of the first time period; producing a composite video (51, Figure 5) comprising the first video (47), an independently recorded second video (53, Figure 5), and a transition (57, Figure 5) between the first and second videos (47, 53); and automatically generating the transition, wherein the transition comprises a sequence of video frames (59, Figure 5) representing a sequence of different views (67, Figures 7 & 8) of the first scene, wherein the video frames representing different views of the first scene are generated from the recording made of the first scene using the expanded field of view 21.
