Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a child sleeping basket. Background Technology The child sleeping baskets in the prior art include sleeping basket frames, cloth covers wrapped on the sleeping basket frames, and handles installed on frames of the sleeping basket frames. In order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the child sleeping baskets and the children's equipment (such as baby carriage frames), the existing baby carriage sleeping baskets are often installed in a detachable manner by plugging and matching mounting seats set on the sleeping basket frames with fixing seats on the children's equipment (such as the baby carriage frames). For the convenience of carrying and transportation, child sleeping baskets are usually designed as a foldable structure. In the prior art, the foldable child sleeping baskets have a complex structure, and the folding and unfolding operations are cumbersome, which makes the child sleeping baskets inconvenient to use. In addition, the existing child sleeping baskets are basically folded up and down, so length direction thereof cannot be shortened, so the folded sleeping baskets still take up a lot of space, which is not conducive to carrying and storage. Summary of the Invention The purpose of the present invention is to provide a child sleeping basket which has a novel structure, is easy to operate, and has a compact structure and a small volume after being folded. Technical solutions of the present invention are as follows: a child sleeping basket, comprises a sleeping basket frame convertible between an unfolded state and a folded state, and a handle provided on the sleeping basket frame, wherein the sleeping basket frame comprises: a foldable and upwardly retractable upper enclosure frame assembly which comprises two sections; a foldable and upwardly retractable lower enclosure frame assembly which comprises two sections and locates below the upper enclosure frame assembly; foldable and retractable V-shaped support frame assemblies which comprise two sections and rotationally installed between the upper enclosure frame assembly and the lower enclosure frame assembly for driving the lower enclosure frame assembly to retract upwards or unfold when the upper enclosure frame assembly is folded and retracted upwards or unfolded; mounting seats mounted on the lower enclosure frame assembly for forming detachable assembly with other child equipment; and locking mechanisms arranged at folding joints of the upper enclosure frame assembly for achieving expansion and locking of the upper enclosure frame assembly. When the child sleeping basket is unfolded, the upper enclosure frame assembly and the lower enclosure frame assembly are unfolded and in a flat state, the support frame assemblies are unfolded in V shapes and supported between the upper enclosure frame assembly and the lower enclosure frame assembly, and the locking mechanisms unfold and lock the upper enclosure frame assembly, thereby keeping the entire child sleeping basket in an unfolded state. When the child sleeping basket is folded, the locking mechanisms are unlocked, the upper enclosure frame assembly is folded and retracted upward, and the lower enclosure frame assembly is folded and retracted upward under the linkage action of the support frame assemblies, thereby completing the folding and retracting of the entire child sleeping basket. As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the upper enclosure frame assembly comprises a first upper frame and a second upper frame which are arranged correspondingly on left and right sides of the upper enclosure frame assembly and are rotationally connected, and the locking mechanisms are arranged at positions where the first upper frame and the second upper frame are rotationally connected. As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the lower enclosure frame assembly comprises a first lower frame and a second lower frame which are arranged correspondingly on left and right sides of the lower enclosure frame and are rotationally connected; and the mounting seats are arranged at positions where the first upper frame and the second upper frame are rotationally connected, and the three are coaxially connected. As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the support frame assemblies comprise first support frames and second support frames rotationally connected at their respective lower end portions, and are arranged correspondingly on left and right sides of the support frame assemblies, wherein the upper end portions of the first support frames are rotationally connected to the first upper frame, and the lower portions of the first support frames are rotationally connected to the first lower frame, the upper end portions of the second support frames are rotationally connected to the second upper frame, and lower portions are rotationally connected to the second lower frame. The first upper frame and the second upper frame are in U-shapes with their openings facing each other; the first lower frame and the second lower frame are in U-shapes with their openings facing each other. As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, an outer end portion of the first upper frame or the second upper frame is provided with an unlocking assembly for unlocking the locking mechanisms. As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the locking mechanisms comprise first tooth grooves formed at inner end portions of the first upper frame; second tooth grooves formed at inner end portions of the second upper frame and corresponding to the first tooth grooves; gears arranged between the first tooth grooves and the second tooth grooves for simultaneously locking the first tooth grooves and the second tooth groove; unlocking blocks arranged between the gears and the first tooth grooves and capable of radial movement; and linkage members arranged between the unlocking blocks and the gears; wherein the linkage members cooperate with inclined surfaces of the unlocking blocks, and the unlocking blocks are connected to the unlocking assembly through traction ropes; when unlocking, the unlocking assembly drives the unlocking blocks to move radially and drives the linkage members to move axially through inclined surface cooperation, thereby pushing the gears to exit the first tooth grooves and fully retract into the second tooth grooves to achieve unlocking. As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the linkage members comprise oblique convex teeth extending axially toward the unlocking blocks, and side surfaces of the unlocking blocks comprise guide portions that cooperate with inclined surfaces of the oblique convex teeth, so that when the unlocking assembly drives the unlocking blocks to move radially, the guide portions drive the linkage members to move axially by cooperating with oblique surfaces of the oblique convex teeth. The linkage members comprise protrusions extending axially toward the gears, and limiting grooves formed on side surfaces of the gears corresponding to the protrusions for the protrusions to abut and move. The cooperation between the limiting grooves and the protrusions can prevent the linkage members from rotating relative to the unlocking blocks when the linkage members are lifted by the unlocking blocks (when the linkage members move axially to farthest positions relative to the unlocking blocks and the two are about to disengage). Compared to the prior art, the present invention has following advantages: 1. The upper enclosure frame assembly and the lower enclosure frame assembly in the present invention are both two-section structures that can be folded and retracted upward, and the two- section V-shaped support frame assemblies between the two drives the lower enclosure frame assembly to fold and retract or unfold upward when the upper enclosure frame assembly is folded and retracted or unfolded upward. The overall structure of the present invention is simple and novel, which can not only realize the folding of the child sleeping basket in a longitudinal direction, but also realize the folding and retracting of the child sleeping basket in a length direction, so that the folded child sleeping basket is smaller in size and easier to carry and store. 2. The locking mechanisms of the present invention are arranged at rotationally connected positions of the upper enclosure frame assembly, and the unlocking assembly for unlocking the locking mechanisms is arranged at one end portion of the upper enclosure frame assembly. Therefore, when it needs to fold the child sleeping basket, the unlocking operation can be completed with one hand and one button without bending over, which is very convenient. The linkage members 505 comprise protrusions 5052 extending axially toward the gears 503 and limiting grooves 5031 for the protrusions 5052 to abut and move formed on side surfaces of the gears 503 corresponding to the protrusions 5052. The cooperation between the limiting grooves 5031 and the protrusions 5052 can prevent the linkage members 505 from rotating relative to the unlocking blocks 504 when the linkage members 505 are lifted by the unlocking blocks 504 (when the linkage members 505 move axially to farthest positions relative to the unlocking blocks 504 and the two are about to disengage). Working principles of the present invention are as follows: When the child sleeping basket is unfolded, the upper enclosure frame assembly 1 and the lower enclosure frame assembly 2 are unfolded and in a flat state, the support frame assemblies 3 are unfolded in V shapes and supported between the upper enclosure frame assembly 1 and the lower enclosure frame assembly 2, and the locking mechanisms 5 unfold and lock the upper enclosure frame assembly 1, thereby keeping the entire child sleeping basket in an unfolded state. When the child sleeping basket is folded, the locking mechanisms 5 are unlocked through the unlocking assembly 6, the upper enclosure frame assembly 1 is folded and retracted upward, and the lower enclosure frame assembly 2 is folded and retracted upward under the linkage action of the first support frames 301 and the second support frames 302, thereby completing the folding and retracting of the entire child sleeping basket. The upper enclosure frame assembly 1 and the lower enclosure frame assembly 2 in the present invention are both two-section structures that can be folded and retracted upward, and the two- section V-shaped support frame assemblies 3 between the two drives the lower enclosure frame assembly 2 to fold and retract or unfold upward when the upper enclosure frame assembly 1 is folded and retracted or unfolded upward. The overall structure of the present invention is simple and novel, which can not only realize the folding of the child sleeping basket in a longitudinal direction, but also realize the folding and retracting of the child sleeping basket in a length direction, so that the folded child sleeping basket is smaller in size and easier to carry and store. The locking mechanisms 5 of the present invention are arranged at rotationally connected positions of the upper enclosure frame assembly 1, and the unlocking assembly 6 for unlocking the locking mechanisms 5 is arranged at one end portion of the upper enclosure frame assembly.
