Reflex bag

Abstract

A reflex bag (1) comprising: a punch bag (3); a base (5); a pole (7) having a first end (9) attached to the punch bag and a second end (11) attached to the base and a spring (13) located between the ends; a plurality of sensor devices (41, fig. 2) positioned on and around the punch bag, each device comprising a punch force sensor (43, fig. 2), such as a force sensitive resistor, and a punch location sensor (45, fig. 2), such as a plurality of pressure sensitive resistors; at least one processor (61, fig. 3) connected to the sensor devices which uses the punch force and location data to determine punch information which is output to the user via an output device (63, fig. 3). The sensor devices may be received in axially-elongate internal pockets attached to the inner surface of the bag casing. [FIGURE 1]
