Device for holding flexible line

Abstract

A device 100 for holding a length of flexible line 4, the device comprises a tubular body 106 arranged to extend along an axis of the device around which the flexible line is wound in use. A handle 108 is arranged coaxially with the tubular body, at least part of the handle being mounted for rotations about the axis with respect to at least part of the tubular body, and the handle being mountable to the tubular body for axial movement with respect to the tubular body between a first extended position (Fig. 1) in which the handle extends from the tubular body for allowing a user to hold the handle, for winding and unwinding the flexible line, and a second retracted position (Fig.12) in which the handle is at least partially disposed within the tubular body.
