Abstract
A method and system for smart control of production equipment parameters based on quality grades of graphite column synthesis blocks for the production of diamond comprises: collecting quality grades of graphite column synthesis blocks and corresponding equipment adjustment parameters to construct a knowledge base S1, collecting cross-sectional images in real time from the production line of the graphite column synthesis blocks to be detected, and inputting the cross-sectional images into a pre-constructed quality detection model to obtain the quality grades of the graphite column synthesis blocks, and matching the corresponding production parameters S2. Based on the constructed knowledge base, the quality grade of the current graphite column synthesis block and the corresponding production parameters are used to infer and obtain equipment adjustment parameters for the production equipment using a pre-constructed parameter inference model S3. The production equipment is adjusted according to the obtained equipment adjustment parameters to carry out production of the next graphite column synthesis block S4. The method and system seeks to provide smart automated process for controlling diamond production parameters, based upon detected diamond quality. Stated advantages include improved production efficiency, enhanced product quality / consistency, reduced costs and adaptability / scalability.
