Exosome systems, products and methods

Abstract

A composition comprising a plurality of exosomes and one or more silicate clays, and optionally including dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and epsilon poly L-lysine. Preferably the composition further includes a plurality of liposomes, the liposomes including the exosomes, silicate clay and optionally the DMSO and epsilon poly L-lysine. The exosomes may be stem cell exosomes, placental cell exosomes or plant exosomes. The silicate clay may be zeolite, bentonite, laponite, hectorite, attapulgite, kaolinite, organoclays, sepiolite, illite, smectites, vermiculite, montmorillonite, chlorite, talc or mixtures thereof. A method of making the exosome composition is also disclosed comprising mixing water, exosomes, a lipid that forms liposomes without the use of alcohol and silicate clay(s), and optionally DMSO and epsilon poly L-lysine. Also disclosed is the exosome composition for use in treating skin defects, promote wound healing and / or promote bone and tissue growth. [No Figure to publish]
