Interface device for safe integration of non-original battery pack into hybrid vehicle

Abstract

Interface device for integrating non-original battery pack into hybrid vehicle comprises pulse voltage converter with pulse-width modulation control, voltage transformer (1), primary winding of which is connected to the output of said pulse voltage converter, and galvanically isolated multi-channel DC voltage source implemented as a plurality of secondary windings (2) of transformer. Rectifier circuit (3) together with voltage-smoothing filter is connected to the terminals of each secondary winding. The output of each rectifier circuit is connected to voltage divider implemented as a potentiometer or resistive voltage divider. One output terminal of each rectifier circuit is intended for connection to corresponding section terminal of non-original battery pack, while another output terminal is intended for connection, through voltage divider implemented as a potentiometer or resistive voltage divider, to corresponding input of vehicle's sensor unit.
