Fixed-track transport device

Abstract

Fixed-track transport system comprises two parallel rails (2a, 2b) separated by rail gap (5), and a carriage (1) provided with at least two wheel sets, wherein the wheels (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) of each wheel set are connected by axles (12a, 12b), the axles being interconnected by a support (13). Each wheel of at least one wheel set of the carriage is equipped with independent drive (14a, 14b) having adjustable power. The system further comprises cantilever console (18) connected to the support (13), curved arms (9a, 9b) and a pair of driving wheels (7a, 7b) being connected to cantilever console by means of an axle (91). Each of driving wheels is equipped with independent drive (114a, 114b) having adjustable power and is pressed against lower surface of rails (2a, 2b).
