Abstract
The invention relates to a ready-to-eat cereal made from whole-grain oats such as oat cereals, granola, crunchy muesli, baked oatmeal and oat clusters, part of which are coated with dark chocolate. Manufacturing stages: 1) processing of the cereals; 2) coating with chocolate of a part of the cereals; 3) packaging and commercial distribution of the final product (chocolate-coated portion of the processed cereals and remaining uncoated cereals).
