Abstract

The present invention relates to an electronic means aiming at protecting the user from injuries during the operation of a raw- and frozen meat-cutting machine. Said electronic means is liable to detect differences between the processing object and the user. An infrared sensor distinguishes the temperature difference, and two temperature measurements can be established, without prior contact of the sensor with the processing object or the user. The operation of the processing machine is terminated immediately if the temperature exceeds the limit set in the software program and it is considered that there is a risk of injury or death even loss of human life.
