Multiple supply pulse sonic waves system for the harvesting and packaging of ollives and other fruits

Abstract

There is disclosed a multiple pulsed sound waves supply system of appropriate frequency and high power for the harvesting and packaging of olives and other fruits, without applying physical action to the tree. Said system consists, mainly, of the cardan-type drive shaft (3) connected to the tractor PTO drive shaft, the movement activation and control system (5), the lobed blower assembly (9), the three (3) flexible elastic air chambers for compressed air temporary storage (11), the pneumatic adjustable stainless steel pulse wave distribution membrane (12), the double system of conical receptacles with a biradial cross-section (15), the two (2) separation systems (air cyclone) of air / foliage / olive fruit (19), the two (2) square cross-section foliage / air separation systems (21) and, finally, the two (2) microcrystal separation (air cyclone) and storage systems (30) for the optional possibility of launching superabsorbent microcrystals.
