Claims
1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising an anti-c-Met antibody drug conjugate comprising the following structure: wherein n is an integer from 1 to 10, and wherein Ab is an IgG1 anti-c-Met antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region comprising a heavy chain CDR3 domain comprising the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 3, a heavy chain CDR2 domain comprising the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 2, and a heavy chain CDR1 domain comprising the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 1; and a light chain variable region comprising a light chain CDR3 domain comprising the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 6, a light chain CDR2 domain comprising the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 5, and a light chain CDR1 domain comprising the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 4.
2. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the antibody Ab comprises a heavy chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence set forth as SEQ ID NO: 7 and a light chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence set forth as SEQ ID NO: 8.

The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the antibody Ab comprises a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence set forth as SEQ ID NO: 9 and a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence set forth as SEQ ID NO: 10.A pharmaceutical composition comprising an anti-c-Met antibody drug conjugate of any of the preceding claims.
