Claims

1. An antibody that binds to isolated OX40L, said antibody comprising: a) a variable heavy (VH) chain sequence having three heavy chain CDR sequences CDR-H1, CDR-H2, and CDR-H3; and b) a variable light (VL) chain sequence having three light chain CDR sequences CDR-L1, CDR-L2, and CDR-L3; wherein: a. CDR-H1 contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 1-69, 740-747 and 840; b. CDR-H2 contains the amino acid sequences shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 70-174 and 748-762; c. CDR-H3 contains the amino acid sequences shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 175-257 and 763-780. d. CDR-L1 contains the amino acid sequences shown in either SEQ ID NO: 258-334 and 781-796. e. CDR-L2 contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 335-367 and 797-805; and f. CDR-L3 contains the amino acid sequence shown in either SEQ ID NO: 268-393 or 806-811.

2. The isolated antibody as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antibody comprises: a. CDR-H1, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 1-21, 740 and 741; b. CDR-H2, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 70-110 and 748-753; c. CDR-H3, which contains the amino acid sequences shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 175-202 and 763-768, d. CDR-L1, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 258-285 and 781-786, e. CDR-L2, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 335-358 and 797-801; and f. CDR-L3, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 368-393 and 806-811.

3. The isolated antibody as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antibody comprises: a. CDR-H1, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 22-43, 742-744, and 840; b. CDR-H2, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 111-141 and 754-757; c. CDR-H3, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 203-222 and 769-774, d. CDR-L1, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in either SEQ ID NO: 286-310 and 787-791, e. CDR-L2, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 359-367 and 802-805; and f. CDR-L3, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 394-418 and 812-817.

4. The isolated antibody as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antibody comprises: a. CDR-H1, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 44-69 and 745-747; b. CDR-H2, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 142-174 and 758-762; c. CDR-H3, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 223-257 and 775-780; d. CDR-L1, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 311-334 and 792-796, e. CDR-L2, which contains the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 359-367 and 802-805; and f.
