Axle-mounted brake disc and connection structure for rail vehicles

Abstract

The invention discloses an axle-mounted brake disc for a railway vehicle and a connecting structure, and the axle-mounted brake disc comprises a disc body which is provided with a main shaft hole penetrating in the axial direction and a plurality of disc body through holes formed around the main shaft hole; the disc hub and the disc body are arranged in an overlapped mode in the axial direction, the disc hub is provided with a center shaft hole penetrating in the axial direction and a plurality of fixing holes formed around the center shaft hole, and the multiple fixing holes are aligned with the multiple disc body through holes of the disc body in the axial direction; the fixing pins penetrate through the disc body through holes and the fixing holes so that the disc body and the disc hub can be rotationally fixed relative to each other. According to the embodiment, the disc body and the disc hub are connected through the fixing pins, and compared with an existing scheme that fastening bolts are used for connection, accurate positioning and reliable connection of the disc body and the disc hub can be achieved at the same time.
