Abstract
Bioreactor composting according to the invention represents a significant improvement because the process is shortened from 6 to 2 months. The process is carried out in a covered and ventilated area with the possibility of controlling the relevant process parameters, with adjustments being made to the furrow turning machine: by installing a reservoir for receiving clean water enriched with oxygen and active bacteria from rainwater from the roof of the hall into the receiving basin of the inner hall, and an operational secondary reservoir with two diffusers for aeration of water into which active bacteria developed in specialized laboratories for compost production are added at the beginning of composting. The production process is accelerated by turning the rotor and its blades to introduce air into the furrows and add active bacteria that enter the depth of the crushed biomass.U takvim kontroliranim uvjetima dozrijevanje bio mase se odvija brzo u vremenu od 6 tjedana, a dva tjedna ostaje za sazrijevanje, pothlađivanje, prosijavanje, čišćenje i pakiranje eko komposta. The bioreactor composting according to the invention represents a significant improvement because the process is shortened from 6 to 2 months. The procedure is carried out in a covered and ventilated area with the possibility of controlling the relevant process parameters, whereby adjustments were made to the furrow overturning machine: by installing a tank for clean water enriched with oxygen and active bacteria in rainwater from the roof of halls to the reception pool of the inner hall, and an operational secondary tank with two diffusers for water aeration to which active bacteria developed in specialised compost production laboratories are added at the beginning of composting. The production process is accelerated as by turning the rotor and its blades the air is inserted and active bacteria are added into the furrows entering into the depth of the crushed biomass. Under such controlled conditions, the maturation of the biomass is conducted quickly over a period of 6 weeks, and two weeks remain for maturation, sub-cooling, sifting, cleaning and packaging of eco-compost.
