Abstract
Paddles with variable load for water exercise are a device used for water exercise. The device is mainly used for arm, chest and shoulder exercises. The device is used as a set, i.e. one is grasped and attached to the left forearm, and the other to the right. The rotating paddle with a variable surface (1) connected to the body of the device (3) via a hinge (5) takes up the position with the greatest or least resistance to movement depending on the direction of movement of the hands. Thus, when the arms on which we have the device move in the direction in which the paddle (1) is in front of the body of the device (3), we have the maximum load, and when they move in the opposite direction, we have the minimum. In this way, the exercise consists of a loading phase and a unloading phase, which allows us to work on the target muscle groups, and also to ensure stability in the water. The amount of load is set before starting the exercise by pulling out or retracting the paddle extension (7).Variable load blades for water exercise are a device used for water exercise. The device is mainly used for arm, chest and shoulder exercises. The device is used as a set, i.e. one is grasped and attached to the left forearm, and the other to the right. The rotating blade with a variable surface (1) is connected to the body of the device (3) via a hinge (5), depending on the direction of movement of the hands, it takes the position with the greatest or the lowest resistance to movement. Thus, when the arms on which we have devices move in the direction in which the blade (1) is located in front of the body of the device (3), we have max. load, and when they move in the opposite direction we have the minimum. In this way, the exercise consists of a loading phase and an unloading phase, which allows us to work on targeted muscle groups, and also to ensure stability in the water. The size of the load is adjusted before starting the exercise by pulling out or pulling in the extension of the blade (7).
