System for temporarily and permanently renting private parking spaces

Abstract

The system for temporary and permanent rental of private parking spaces via a mobile application (4) offers parking seekers / users the selection and reservation of a free parking space in real time at the offered location for a limited period, with the mandatory purchase of a programmable control device (3) for opening each barrier, as well as controlled parking payment and system management through a company with which the parking renter / owner has concluded a mutual cooperation agreement and entered his offer of free rental periods in the day / week / month in the application. The renter / owner needs to temporarily provide the same company with his remote device (8) for opening the barrier so that the signal / security code, using the SDR device (2) for processing and generating the code, can be adapted to the device (3) and saved in the database on the server (6). The frequency of changing and activating security codes per hour / day on the same device (3) is practically unlimited and depends on the needs of the parking user / seeker at the same or another location. The renter can subsequently change the schedule of available rental times in the application, which will be automatically updated.
