Abstract

The modular self-service beverage dispenser solves the technical problems of self-service distribution of multiple types of beverages simultaneously, preventing cross-contamination, and ensuring the sanitization of each line while enabling the integration of digital ordering to achieve high throughput while drastically reducing the use of disposable packaging and CO2 emissions.
