Abstract

Device for determining the surface sensitivity of an active object, having a housing (10), a carrier base (11) placed in the housing (10) and connected to the housing (10), the housing (10) is separated by the carrier base (11) into a working space (12) and a tool space (13), and furthermore, in the tool space (13) of the housing (10) an activating body (20) and a moving component (30) connected to the activating body (20) are placed, the moving component (30) is connected to a measuring member (40), the activating body (20) has at least one push rod (21), while openings (14) are formed in the carrier base (11), in the basic position of the device the free end (21a) of the push rod (21) is placed under the carrier base (11), and in the measuring end position of the device the the free end (21a) of the push rod (21) is in a position projecting upwards from the openings (14) of the support base (11) above the boundary surface (11a), characterized in that on the side of the housing (10) facing the working space (12),a condition monitoring imaging device (50) is arranged above the working space (12), and the moving part (30) is associated with a positioning unit (60), wherein the positioning unit (60) has one positioning structure (61) and another positioning structure (62) connected to the one positioning structure (61), one of the one positioning structure (61) and the other positioning structure (62) is connected to the moving part (30), while the other is connected to the housing (10), and further has a control unit (70), wherein the control unit (70) is connected to the condition monitoring imaging device (50), the moving part (30), one positioning structure (61), the other positioning structure (62) and the measuring member (40) via a bidirectional signal transmission channel (71), and the moving part (30) is connected to the condition monitoring imaging device (50), the moving part (30), one positioning structure (61), the other positioning structure (62) and the measuring member (40), and the component (30) is provided with a surface monitoring imaging device (90), the field of view (91) of the surface monitoring imaging device (90) is directed to the free end (21a) of the push rod (21),the surface monitoring imaging device (90) is connected to the control unit (70) via the bidirectional signal transmission channel (71), one positioning device (61) and the other positioning device (62) are provided with position sensing members (61a, 62a), and the position sensing members (61a, 62a) are connected to the control unit (70) via the bidirectional signal transmission channel (71).,
