Abstract

A battery draining device (10), comprising: a draining circuit (100) connected to a battery module (600); a sensing unit (300) connected to at least one of the draining circuit (100) and the battery module (600); and a control unit (200) connected to the sensing unit (300) and the draining circuit (100), characterized in that the draining circuit (100) comprises: a contact unit (101) having a first contact unit (101a) and a second contact unit (101b), wherein the first and second contact units (101a, 101b) are electrically connected to the battery module (600); and a first battery module draining circuit (110) electrically connected between the first and second contact units (101a, 101b).
