Abstract

An electrolyte injection system (100) for an outer case (250) of a pouch-type battery cell (200), the electrolyte injection system (100) comprising: an injection unit (20) comprising a nozzle; a removal unit (10) comprising a nozzle head (11) and a motor unit (12) in fluid communication with the nozzle head (11); a measuring unit (30) for measuring the mass of the outer case (250); anda control unit (40) in control relationship with the injection unit (20), the removal unit (10) and the measuring unit (30), characterized in that the removal unit (10) further comprises:a pair of guide members (13) arranged on two opposite sides of the longitudinal axis of the nozzle head (11);a storage unit (15) having an upper opening facing the distal end of the nozzle head (11);a blowing unit (14) arranged next to the nozzle head (11).
