AI Technical Summary
Existing holding devices for resiliently deformable fasteners, such as wire rope eyes, are complex to assemble and require multiple steps, including the use of cross pins and separate bending stops, which complicates the handling and increases material requirements.
A profile with integrated bending stops is used to lock with a support cabinet at a constant angle, allowing the fastener to be positioned and bent easily, eliminating the need for separate cross pins and simplifying assembly by leveraging the profile's lifting effect.
The solution facilitates easy and efficient assembly of holding devices by combining positioning and bending functions, reducing material needs and simplifying the handling process while maintaining stability against bending forces.
Abstract
Description
To simplify the handling, in particular the assembly, of the device, a profile (3) is provided which forms a positioning device and is provided with a bending stop (40). The profile (3) can be locked together with the holding box (1) in a constant angular position. The bending stop (40) of the profile (3) acts against all bending forces at least parallel to the surface of the building element to be held. The holding box (1) can hold a part of the elastically deformable fastening element until the building element is pulled off the outer shell. The invention relates to a device for holding at least one elastically deformable fastening element and a method for intermittent concreting using elastically deformable fastening elements as a concreting connection. The apparatus comprises at least one support cabinet, means for bending the fastener substantially parallel to a bending plane, and means for positioning the fastener relative to the support cabinet. The bending means comprises at least two bending stops and a counter stop. In the method, which is intended for staged concreting, elastically deformable fastening elements, such as wire rope eyes, are used as connecting means between different concreting stages. The invention relates in particular to a holding device for wire rope eyes which are used as connecting members in prefabricated concrete elements. These connecting members can also be used for transporting such building elements. Such holding devices are known, for example, from German patent document DE-B2-16 84 254. The holding device disclosed in this document comprises a holding box in which there is an opening on the side of the building element and which has a stop and at least one convex wall. The fastening element to be held enters the holding box through the opening from the building element and is held in position by the stop following the convex arch of the holding box. For better tightness, the holding box can be closed with a cover plate. During the formwork process, this housing, together with the fastening element placed therein, is fixed to the formwork before pouring. After pouring and the formwork and any cover plate used are removed, the fastening element is erected by the forces required for transport or fastening. The holding box can have several convex inner wall surfaces. This allows the fastening element to be adequately supported in the event of lateral tensile forces. The fixing element can be surrounded by a steel ring placed in a groove in the support box at the point of the breakthrough to prevent the penetration of uncured concrete mass at the breakthrough. In order to reduce the material requirements for the support box and thus reduce costs, German Patent Application DE-A1-41 31 956 and European Patent Application EP-A1-0 534 475 propose a support device in which a bending element is provided in a support box. This bending element comprises a profile with two bending stops and a support for a cross pin forming a counter stop. When the two bending stops are installed, the fastening element is bent substantially at right angles around the cross pin or the counter stop. In this way, the profile absorbs all forces acting against the bending of the fastening element. With this solution, the support box is only used to place the fixing element bent at a right angle and to prevent the penetration of concrete mass when producing precast concrete elements. The requirements for the material of the support box are therefore not as strict. To install this support device, the fixing element is first inserted into the fitting at an angle, as if as a pre-assembly, and is secured in this position by inserting or hammering in the cross pin. The fitting and the angled fixing element are then inserted into the box-like support box. A cover plate can then be placed on the support box and the support device can be secured to the formwork as described above. The aim of our invention is to simplify the handling and especially the assembly of holding devices of the type described in the introduction. This object is achieved according to the invention in that the positioning means are formed by at least one profile, which has at least one bending stop and is interlocked or can be interlocked with the support cabinet at least at a constant angle to the bending plane. The bending stop acts against bending forces that are at least parallel to the surface of the building element to be held. The interlocking of the profile allows the fastening element to be first positioned vertically relative to the support cabinet and then to be bent into the support cabinet using the bending stop of the profile. This results in easy handling due to the usable lifting effect of the support cabinet. While the bending means serve to absorb the bending forces, the positioning means serve to position the elastically deformable fastening element relative to the support box. The fitting according to the invention therefore constitutes both a positioning means and a bending means, since on the one hand it fixes the position of the fastening element relative to the support box and on the other hand it contains at least one bending stop. The assembly is particularly simple if the fitting also contains the stop. In such a device, the cross pin can be omitted and is inserted in a separate step. This is particularly possible if the support box contains the stop, so that the fastening element can be bent immediately after it has been inserted. According to another variant, there is a further fitting which contains the stop and is locked together with the support box at least in a constant angular position relative to the bending plane. In this arrangement, too, the fastening element is first inserted into the HU 222 306 Β1 is placed by positioning devices formed by two pieces of fittings, and only then do the bending forces occur. In the type of holding devices described in the introduction, the bending stops differ in the direction of the bending forces acting on them, since there are bending forces acting both parallel to the surface of the building element to be held and perpendicular to it. Accordingly, the bending plane is defined as a plane to which both the vertical and horizontal bending forces are parallel. The interlocking at a constant angle relative to the bending plane makes it possible to bend the fastening element by utilizing the lifting effect extended by the support cabinet after the fastening element has been placed by means of the fitting. It goes without saying that all the connections between a fitting and a support cabinet according to the prior art with a constant angle can be used as a constant angle interlocking. Due to their sufficient stability and ease of handling, swivel plug connections are particularly advantageous, in which a fitting with a groove is inserted into an opening in the support cabinet by turning it by 90° and then, when turned by 90° into its final position, the edge of the opening extends into the groove, forming a tongue-and-groove connection. This tongue-and-groove connection is arranged in such a way that it can counteract the torques occurring in the bending plane. It is equally advantageous to use fittings which have elastically deformable clamping elements, such as latches or clamping lugs, which engage the edges of the corresponding transitions of the holding cabinet and thus lock the fitting to the holding cabinet in a constant angular position. The fitting can also be locked to the holding cabinet by means of a wedge connection. For this purpose, for example, the fitting can be provided with a projection or flange resting on the surface of the holding cabinet and with a stop arranged on the other side of the surface. A wedge is inserted between the stop and the surface of the holding cabinet, which locks the fitting to the holding cabinet. It goes without saying that the fitting is designed in such a way that, when fully assembled, the concrete mass cannot penetrate the support box through its openings. The mounting of the support device according to the invention is particularly simple if the support cabinet has a substantially U-shaped profile rail. The fitting for the fastening element can then be placed in an opening in the bottom of this profile rail. Several fastening elements can then be placed in several openings of a support cabinet. In addition, this support cabinet can also serve to hold other mounting units, such as mounting brackets, guide tubes or the like. During assembly, the fixing elements are first placed in the corresponding openings of the profile rail with the fitting pieces and bent so that in the final state their ends protruding from the concrete are inside the profile rail. In order to better protect the assembly units or fixing elements, the profile rail, and generally the support cabinet, can be closed with a cover plate. The profile rail prepared in this way is then placed on the inside of the formwork so that the open side of the U rests on the formwork. After pouring and removing the formwork, any cover plate can be removed and the inside of the profile rail or support cabinet, and consequently the fixing elements and other building elements placed in the support cabinet, can be accessed from the outside. The assembly is particularly simple if the substantially U-shaped profile rail has a bending stop on the sides, which holds the fastening element in its bent position. Such a bending stop can be formed, for example, by a frictional seal between the fastening element and the sides of the profile rail. In particular, if the fastening element is designed as a wire rope eye projecting from the finished concrete element, the restoring force against the compression of the wire rope eye can serve to create this frictional seal. For this purpose, the wire rope eye is placed in the fitting or in the opening such that the ends of the wire rope eye leading through the opening or into the finished concrete element are next to each other in relation to the longitudinal extension of the profile rail. After being placed with the fitting, the wire rope eye is compressed and bent into the U of the profile rail. The restoring forces of the compressed wire rope eye, which tries to return to its original shape, press the wire rope against the sides of the profile rail and thus form the bending stop or friction joint, which holds the wire rope eye in a bent position. In order to strengthen this friction joint, the sides of the profile rail can be profiled, in particular there can be protrusions formed on the sides parallel to the direction of the longitudinal extension of the profile rail. The fastening element to be bent is placed behind the longitudinal protrusion, which holds the fastening element in its bent position. Here too, the restoring forces of the compressed wire rope eye acting in the direction of the sides of the profile rail can be advantageously utilized. It goes without saying that this protrusion may be formed by eyes, ribs, individual protrusions or other profiling according to the state of the art placed one behind the other along the length of the profile rail. The bending stops of the U-shaped profile rail do not necessarily have to be designed symmetrically on both sides of the profile rail, but asymmetrical arrangements are also possible according to the invention. There are no special, exceptional conditions regarding the size, shape, material and technical concept of the aforementioned building element according to the invention, as well as the one intended to be protected by the patent claims and described in the embodiments, so that the selection criteria known in the given field of application can be applied without restriction. HU 222 306 Bl As shown in Fig. l-4b, the storage cabinet 1 comprises a profile rail 10 having a bottom 11 and two sides 12, 13. A fastening element is arranged in the profile rail 10, in the present embodiments a wire rope eye 2. The bottom 11 of the profile rail 10 has a hole 14. It goes without saying that further holes can be provided in the profile rail 10 as required. The profile rail 10 is covered by a cover 15. This cover 15 can be designed as a foil and can be connected to the profile rail 10 or the storage cabinet 1 in a suitable manner. A profile 3 is placed in the opening 14. The profile 3 has two lateral grooves 31, in which one end of the wire rope eye 2 is guided. The profile 3 also has two grooves 35, the sides of which enclose the edge of the opening 14, and thus lock the profile 3 in a constant angular position relative to the support box 1. The part of the profile 3 inside the support box 1 is designed so that, together with the wire rope eye 2 placed in the groove 31, it seals the entire opening 14 so that concrete cannot penetrate the support box 1. The part of the profile 3 outside the support box 1 has an essentially rectangular cross-section. Its aspect ratio is designed such that the 3 shaped pieces, which are rotated by 90° in the opening 14 compared to the illustrated arrangement, can be removed from and inserted into this opening 14. In the illustrated arrangement, however, the 3 shaped pieces cannot be removed from the opening 14. The edges of the grooves 31 form projections 30', 30”. Depending on the bending direction of the wire rope eye 2, one of the projections 30' or 30” serves as a bending stop 40. The upper edge of the given groove 31 opposite serves as a counter-stop 41. Two further bending stops 42 are formed by the frictional engagement between the sides 12 and 13 of the profile rail 10 and the wire rope eye 2. The force required for this frictional engagement is provided by the tension force of the compressed wire rope eye 2. The plane of symmetry of the profile rail 10 along the length of the profile rail 10 and coinciding with the section line II—II is defined as the bending plane 4. In order to protect the wire of the wire rope eye 2, the edges of the grooves 31 facing the holding box 1 are provided with roundings 32. The embodiment shown in FIGS. 5-8 is essentially the same as the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1-4. However, the profile 3 has only one projection 30 per groove 31, so that in this holding device the wire rope eye 2 has a preferred bending direction. In order to stabilize the bending, the bending stop 42 is formed in this embodiment by a projection 16 on each side 12 and 13 of the profile rail 10 (see FIG. 5). However, the possibility of adjusting the wire rope eye 2 perpendicular to the support box 1 by the protrusion 30, 30' or 30” does not have to be used, as shown by the examples of the embodiments shown in FIGS. 9-12 and 13-16. In these embodiments of the support devices, the bottom 11 of the profile rail 10 has an essentially slot-shaped opening 14. The slot width of the opening 14 is equal to the diameter of the wire of the wire rope eye 2. This opening 14 is perpendicular to the bending plane 4 in its longitudinal direction. The two lateral ends of the opening 14 are semicircular, and the radius of these semicircles is equal to half the diameter of the wire of the wire rope eye 2. In the assembled state, one end of the wire rope eye 2 is in the semicircular ends of the opening 14. At this time, the part of the opening 14 not closed by the wire of the wire rope eye 2 is covered by the part of the fitting 3 outside the support box 1. In the case of Figs. 9-12.The sides of the profile 3 of the embodiment shown in Figure 1 also have semicircular recesses, the radius of which is equal to half the wire diameter, and on the inner side of the holding cabinet 1 there is a stop 36, which is formed by a circular opening 36a in the fixing plate 36b arranged substantially perpendicularly to the bottom 11 of the profile rail 10. A wedge or conical clamping element 37 is inserted into the opening 36a, which presses the stop 36 away from the bottom and thus locks the profile 3 with the holding cabinet 1. In contrast, in the embodiment shown in Figs. 13-16, there is a fitting 3 which is locked in a constant angular position with the holding cabinet 1 by a clamping nose 38 forming an elastically deformable clamping element. The clamping noses 38 grip the edge of the opening 14 in the bottom from the inside of the opening 14. In this embodiment, during assembly, the fitting 3 is inserted into the opening 14 from the outside of the holding cabinet 1. During the insertion process, the clamping noses 38 bend inwards and spring back to their rest position when the end position of the fitting 3 is reached. In the embodiment shown in Figs. 17-20, however, the profile 3 is introduced into the opening 14 from the inside of the holding box 1. In this embodiment, the radius of the semicircular part of the lateral ends of the opening 14 is larger than half the wire diameter of the wire rope eye. In contrast, the grooves 31 are designed to tightly enclose the wire rope eye 2 and are pressed against the lateral ends of the opening 14. Similar to the embodiment according to Figure 14, in this embodiment the fitting has projections 30' and 30” which enable the part of the wire rope eye 2 outside the holding box 1 to be adjusted perpendicularly to the bottom. Outside the holding box 1, the fitting 3 has latches 39 forming the elastically deformable fastening element. The latches 39 are designed to enable the fitting 3 to be easily inserted into the opening 14, but to prevent its removal. In the installed position, the locking lugs 39 form a groove 35 due to the elasticity of the profile 3, into which the edge of the opening 14 extends. In this way, the profile 3 is locked together with the storage cabinet 1 in a constant angular position. Another variant of the previously described embodiment is shown in Figures 21-24. In this case, both the 3 shaped pieces and the 14 openings have a circular diameter. It is understood that the clamping element according to the invention may be flexible instead of elastic, so that the mounting units of the clamping element must be bent to interlock. In particular, for relatively wide profile rails, which also have relatively long, slot-shaped openings 14, it is advisable to use a design of the holding device similar to that shown in Figs. 25-28. In this case, HU 222 306 In embodiment Β1, the positioning means are formed by two pieces 3 a and 3 b. The shape of the two pieces 3 a and 3 b in the installed position is essentially the same as the shape of the piece 3 of the embodiment shown in Figs. 17-20, but the grooves 31 formed by the two pieces 3 a and 3 b are arranged inside the assembly unit formed by the two pieces 3 a and 3 b. This means that the wire rope eye does not have to be stretched as much when entering the support cabinet 1 as would be necessary in the previously described embodiments for a breakthrough 14 of this size. If the wire rope eye 2 is bent in the manner shown in Figure 26, the bending stop 40 is located on the protrusion 30' of the profile 3a, while the profile 3b forms the counter stop on the rounding 32 of the grooves 31. In Figs. 29-32, a support device is shown in which the support box 1 is so wide that the wire rope eye 2 is too narrow, and thus the compression does not generate sufficiently strong restoring forces that would be suitable for forming a bending stop 42 with the sides 12 and 13 of the profile rail 10. To prevent this, the profile piece 3a has a substantially L-shaped support bracket 33 (see especially Fig. 30) which forms the bending stop. This embodiment is particularly suitable in cases where a particularly narrow bending radius is desired. It goes without saying that instead of the support bracket 33, any device known from the prior art and from the present patent application can advantageously be used to form the bending stop 42. As in the embodiments described above, the support box 1 also absorbs bending forces in this embodiment, i.e. it is considered a bending device. Depending on the design of the support device described above, the support box 1 acts primarily with the edge of its opening 14 against the bending torques of the profile pieces 3, 3a and 3b and / or the forces that separate the profile pieces 3a and 3b from each other. In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 33-44, however, the profile absorbs all the bending forces and therefore includes both the two bending stops 40 and 42 and the counter stop 41. In these embodiments, the profile 3 is essentially the same as the profile 3 shown in FIGS. 1-4. However, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 33-36, there is additionally a T-shaped bracket 33 (see primarily FIG. 33) which forms the bending stop 42. In contrast, in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 37-44, this bending stop 42 is formed by the bracket 33 which encloses the 2 wire rope loops from the outside. In the embodiment shown in Figures 41-44, the profile 3 also has stiffening ribs 34' and 34” which serve to stabilize the support bracket. This reinforcement, however, has been deliberately omitted in the embodiments according to Figs. 33-40. This - or by further cross-sectional weakening - creates a forced breaking point, which allows the breaking of the holding part (holding bracket 33) when a fastening element or the part of the wire rope eye 2 bent into the holding box 1 is set up in the straight position of use, for example by briefly pulling the fastening element or wire rope eye. When installing the wire rope eye 2, it is first inserted into the grooves 31 of the fitting 3. Then the fitting 3 is placed in the opening 14. Using the lifting effect of both the wire rope eye 2, the support box 1 and the profile rail 10, the wire rope eye 2 is bent and placed on the bending stops 42. In these embodiments, the constant angular locking of the profile piece with the support cabinet according to the invention particularly advantageously enables the use of a profile rail 10 as the support cabinet 1, since no separate positioning means are required - for example, for adapting the shape of the support cabinet to the shape of the bent wire rope eye - in order to position the bent wire rope eye 2 in the correct position relative to the support cabinet 1. The embodiments of the inventive holding device according to FIGS. 45-50 can be used in particular advantageously in the case of holding cabinets 1 which are very wide compared to the diameter of the wire rope eye 2. These holding devices each have a locking element 50 which, with a bending stop 42, counteracts bending forces perpendicular to the bottom 11 of the profile rail 10. In order for the locking elements 50 to be able to counteract bending forces in a sufficiently stable manner, they have a projection 51 on their upper part with a direction component parallel to these bending forces. The locking element 50 shown in Figures 45 and 46 has an elongated rectangular cross-section at the sides 12 and 13 of the profile rail 10 and is held in position by a slot 55 in one of the sides 12, 13. The locking element 50 shown in Figures 47 and 48 has two retaining pins 56 with locking lugs 56a on the side facing the wire rope eye 2, which extend into openings 57 in the bottom 11 of the profile rail 10. Furthermore, at the ends of this locking element 50 there are shackles 52, which together with the retaining pins 56 form recesses 52a. The wire rope eye 2 is held in these recesses 52a. In contrast, the locking element 50 shown in Figures 49 and 50 has projections 58 with locking lugs 58a at the ends facing the sides 12 and 13, which cooperate with the sides 12 and 13 such that the locking element 50 is locked to the storage cabinet 1.This locking element 50 also has pins 53 which, together with the projections 58, form recesses 53a which serve to receive the wire rope eye 2. Although a wide variety of materials are suitable for the fittings and locking elements according to the invention, plastics and metals, especially aluminum, are particularly suitable. The metal storage cabinet with a cover foil, sold under the COMAXR brand, is particularly suitable as a storage cabinet. The size of the wire rope eye 2 depends on the requirements. The cover 15 can be transparent in order to avoid inscriptions, especially inscriptions with a mesh size, on the storage cabinet 1 closed by the cover 15. This saves a process step during production, and on the other hand, the possibility of falling off the glued inscription can be omitted, or the writing can be avoided from becoming illegible. The cover plate 15 can be provided with perforations to make it easier to remove. In particular, a profile rail 10 is suitable for use with When installing the profile rail 10, it is advantageous to make such perforations parallel to the direction of the longitudinal extension of the profile rail 10 or the lateral edges of the cover plate 15, approximately at the height of the sides 12 and 13 of the profile rail 10.
