Abstract

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration comprising a GLP receptor agonist or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or derivative thereof, one or more permeation enhancers, one or more mucoadhesive agents, and one or more bases. Preferably, the permeation enhancer is a medium chain fatty acid based permeation enhancer.
