Abstract

This disclosure provides a compound of Formula (I), useful for the activation of Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 2 (“TREM2”). (I) The present disclosure also provides pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds, uses of such compounds, and compositions for the treatment of, for example, neurodegenerative disorders. Furthermore, the present disclosure provides intermediates useful in the synthesis of the compound of Formula (I).
