METHOD FOR STABLE PRODUCTION OF CAPSULES WITHOUT JOINTS

Abstract

A method is provided that enables the production of seamless capsules whose shells are not easily cracked stably when the seamless capsules are produced by the dropper method.The present invention provides: a method for producing seamless capsules, which includes: using a capsule production device comprising: a concentric compound nozzle and a forming tube in which a drop of capsules ejected from the discharge port of the concentric compound nozzle is solidified in a flowing hardening liquid; the concentric compound nozzle includes, concentrically provided from the inside, a filling nozzle and a shell nozzle, and if necessary, one or more intermediate nozzles present between the filling nozzle and the shell nozzle, wherein two kinds of capsule particles, main capsule particles and subcapsule particles, are formed in the forming tube; the particle diameter of the main capsule particles is larger than the particle diameter of the subcapsule particles; and when the forming ratio of the main capsule particles is 1, the forming ratio of the subcapsule particles is more than 0.5.
