A battery pack and vehicle are provided. The battery pack includes a box and a cross member. The box is provided with a receiving chamber and mounting holes connected to the receiving chamber. The cross member is fixedly connected to the box and mounted in the receiving chamber, and a portion of the cross member is positioned in the mounting holes and configured to connect with the vehicle frame to mount the battery pack to the vehicle frame.
