Abstract

The tester is characterized by the integration of a sophisticated active cooling mechanism to ensure the accuracy and stability of the field test. The tester comprises a portable protective case with a handle and a retractable lid, which contains a load resistor array. These resistors are arranged in series and parallel so that their resistance values ​​can be widely adjusted to match various voltage and current outputs of various photovoltaic models. Innovatively, the active cooling array includes cooling fins supporting the resistors, supported by a Peltier and a cooling fan, along with supporting components such as a power supply, switches, and circuit breakers.The main advantage of this invention is its ability to stabilize the resistance value of the resistor despite high power dissipation, which in turn ensures accurate testing and can be applied to all types of photovoltaics, with the added benefit of high portability.
